I just wanted to let you know about my recent experience at Beaver Creek. My family and I were there for the week of 2/20 and stayed at the Christie Lodge. We decided to check out your store at the lodge for demo skis and board. We had not been to Beaver Creek in a few years. This trip, Mark Kronen helped us and he could not have been any more helpful and patient. Each time we came into your store, he or whoever was there had a great attitude and we really felt that they wanted us to be happy with the equipment, whether the item was in the store or they had to get it from another store. Your prices are competitive and the service is GREAT. I would certainly rent skis from you on future trips to Beaver Creek. Thank you. Moshe

I am writing to tell you how impressed we have been with Mike Allen. Susan and I have been making a yearly trip to the Marriott Mountain Resort for about 4 years now. On our last two trips, we have requested the help of Mike for some minor problems that arose, and his response has always been 200%. Susan and I are very aware of employees that either represent their companies well or poorly, and Mike couldn\'t be better at representing Charter Sports. In addition to our personal interactions with Mike, we happen to come back from skiing one day when Mike was holding a meeting with the staff members. His positive interaction with the staff and encouragement to do better displayed excellent leadership. Susan also noticed that when Mike is handling a minor chore his eyes are scanning the shop. This man obviously cares about all that is going on around him. Mike is certainly one reason we continue to return to the Marriott. As serious skiers, we own our own equipment, and buy the best equipment we can afford. Having the confidence that our equipment is well cared for contributes to a relaxing vacation. This is probably one of the busiest weeks but we still received excellent service. I work for a service business as well and usually only get to hear complaints. We rented from your store (at St. James Place) last week, and just wanted to thank Dennis (and Adam too, I think) for being so courteous to us regarding our rentals. We had a group of ten, and they made sure everything went quickly and smoothly for us. JP
