I am writing to tell you how impressed we have been with Mike Allen. Susan and I have been making a yearly trip to the Marriott Mountain Resort for about 4 years now. On our last two trips, we have requested the help of Mike for some minor problems that arose, and his response has always been 200%. Susan and I are very aware of employees that either represent their companies well or poorly, and Mike couldn\\\'t be better at representing Charter Sports. In addition to our personal interactions with Mike, we happen to come back from skiing one day when Mike was holding a meeting with the staff members. His positive interaction with the staff and encouragement to do better displayed excellent leadership. Susan also noticed that when Mike is handling a minor chore his eyes are scanning the shop. This man obviously cares about all that is going on around him. Mike is certainly one reason we continue to return to the Marriott. As serious skiers, we own our own equipment, and buy the best equipment we can afford. Having the confidence that our equipment is well cared for contributes to a relaxing vacation. Thanks,
